Standard furniture orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Larger freight items may take 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer White Glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer White Glove delivery for an additional fee at checkout. This service includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Drift, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. The majority of our wood collections are FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure our products are safe for both your home and the environment.
Can I request fabric swatches before making a purchase?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can see and feel the quality in your own lighting before committing to a larger piece.
